1. items posted will only be sold to people that we know personally
2. prices are fixed, so no more bargaining. unless there has been a typo error in the post.
3. items sold, are non-refundable and non-exchange-able
4. meetings to collect your purchase will be made.
5. upon collection of your purchase, full payment is required.
6. if you do not want to pay in full first, installments are allowed. [but seriously, the items are not that expensive] for installment you first have to pay a deposit of the item 50% of the price of the item.
7. it is possible to reserve an item. but it will cost you 10% of the items price.
8. not to worry, items will be fully described whether it is secondhand or completely new.
9. items that you wish to purchase, you will have to place an order.
10. all payments and prices stated are in SGD.
11. venues to collect your purchase include : pasir ris, tampines, simei, paya lebar. please take note that these are the only places where meetings will be made to collect and payment of your purchase.
12. payment by postage is allowed. but if the payment does not reach me, you do not get your purchase.
13. delivery of your purchase is allowed. but if item is damaged or whatever during postage, we will not be responsible for it. of course, you have to pay for postage.

15. once an order is made at lafemmecafe@gmail.com, you can not cancel it or get refund after payment of purchase.
16. pictures of the item[s] may be different from what it actually looks like due to lighting or the kind of camera used.
17. if the collection of payment of your purchase is not made within one week after placing your order, the order will be cancelled. unless i am not free to be able to collect payment, this term will not be applicable.
18. we have the right to change the terms and conditions any time, without prior notice.
